How long we keep your information

Customer contact details, used for communication, quotes, and order management, are retained for 6 years from the last interaction to address customer queries and meet legal obligations.

Energy usage data, collected to configure solar solutions and calculate savings, is retained for 6 years from collection, after which it is either anonymised for statistical purposes or securely deleted.

Transaction and billing data, required for processing payments and maintaining financial records, is retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting laws.

Marketing preferences are kept for 2 years from the last opt-in or interaction to manage consent and ensure compliance with marketing laws; after this period, records are removed from active lists and anonymised where necessary.

Website usage data, including cookies and analytics, is retained for 12 months to improve functionality and user experience, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Enquiry or waitlist data is retained for 12 months from the date of enquiry to manage follow-ups and services, after which it is securely deleted if inactive.

Employee or contractor records are retained for 6 years after employment or contracts end, as required by employment and payroll regulations, after which they are securely deleted or archived.

At the end of each retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised to protect the privacy of individuals. We continually review our retention practices to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and business requirements.
